Abstract

In order to understand the disease resistance mechanism of rootstocks, root exudates of rootstocks Japanese pumpkin (RBNG), wild watermelon (YSXG) and watermelon variety Super Sweet Dragon (CTHL) were extracted, and their biological activity against Fusarium wilt of watermelon was measured. The results showed that the relative inhibition rate of rootstocks on Fusarium wilt fungus spore germination and mycelium growth was significantly higher than that of watermelon varieties; all three materials caused the MDA content of mycelium to first decrease and then increase, while the rootstock caused a smaller decrease; the three materials All caused mycelium SOD activity to increase first and then decrease, while the rootstock caused a faster decrease; the rootstock caused a slow decrease in mycelium POD activity, while the watermelon variety caused a rapid increase first and then a rapid decrease; the three materials caused bacterial The soluble protein content of mycelium showed a downward trend, but the rootstock caused a faster decrease in the early stage; the rootstock caused a direct downward trend in the soluble sugar content of mycelium, while the watermelon variety caused a decrease first and then an increase.
