Abstract

Bovine coronavirus (BCV) is one of the main pathogens known to cause diarrhea in newborn calves. It also infects adult cattle, pigs, horses, various livestock and humans, and the infection is quite common. In order to gain a deeper understanding of the biological characteristics of BCV, foreign scholars have studied its viral structural peptides, but there have been no such reports in China so far. This experiment conducted structural peptide analysis on the BCVMUC-270 strain and established a research method for non-radioactively labeled BCV peptides, laying the foundation for further research in the future.
