Abstract

In order to verify the effectiveness of high-pressure mutagenesis in improving wheat quality, acid polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (APAGE) was used to analyze the genetic variation of gliadin in 39 wheat high-pressure mutagenesis progeny, and test the gliadin genetic variation of wheat high-pressure mutagenesis progeny.
