Objective To establish a separation and analysis method for total arsenic in rice based on UIO66 material dispersion solid phase extraction system. Method: 7 mL, 0.06 mol/L HNO3-3%H2O2 was used as the digestion solution, and the total arsenic in rice was extracted by microwave digestion at 180 ¡æ for 20 minutes at the maximum microwave power of 800 W. The rice extraction solution was realized through the metal-organic framework material UIO66 The total arsenic in the sample was separated and purified, and finally the total arsenic content was measured using hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry. The results showed that the standard curve equation of total arsenic was linear in the concentration range of 0~80 ¦Ìg/kg (correlation coefficient R2=0.9997), the limit of detection (LOD) was 0.024 ¦Ìg/kg, and the sample was spiked and recovered. The rate is between 98.03% and 102.87%, and the relative standard deviation is < 2%. The total arsenic content in the seven rice samples ranged from 150-250 ¦Ìg/kg, among which brown rice had the highest total arsenic content (244.53¡À4 ¦Ìg/kg). There was a significant difference in the total arsenic content between rice produced in the Northeast and rice produced in the South. sexual differences (p<0.05). Conclusion The separation and analysis method of total arsenic in rice based on UIO66 dispersive solid-phase extraction system has the characteristics of high sensitivity, low cost and easy operation, and can effectively achieve the purification and quantification of total arsenic in rice.
