In order to solve the problem of low sensitivity of ordinary energy-dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrum, the signal-to-noise ratio of Cd was improved through theoretical analysis of X-ray fluorescence spectrum and combined with sample cup test, and its interference on the Cd signal was eliminated through comparative analysis of escape peaks in the spectrum. This method is simple to operate, does not require pre-treatment of rice samples, and can directly detect rice; the relative standard deviation of this method is less than 10%, the detection limit reaches 0.054 mg/kg, and the working curve used in the experiment is linear. The range is 0.06 ~ 1.0 mg/kg, and the detection time of a single sample is about 18 minutes. The actual sample test results are consistent with the results of inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry, which can meet the requirements for rapid, accurate and non-destructive determination of Cd content in rice on site, and can be used for rice.
