In order to screen for stable and reliable Liuhe rice origin confirmation elements, two canonical correspondence analyzes were conducted to study the environmental factors that affect the distribution of rice sampling points in Liuhe, Jilin Province, and to analyze the influence relationship and stability of the rice origin confirmation elements on a regional scale. The results of canonical correspondence analysis show that the two environmental gradient axes explain 17.3% and 23.4% of the total variance of rice mineral element content respectively. There is a strong spatial correlation between the mineral element content of Liuhe rice and environmental variables, and it is most affected by the environmental variables of the place of production. is the element Se, and the content of Ca, Zn, and Mg is least affected by it. Mg, Ca, Na, Mn, and Zn have good stability and spatial representation, and can be used as indicator elements to confirm the origin of Liuhe rice. The research results provide an effective theoretical basis for establishing the Liuhe rice confirmation model.
