Abstract

Aiming at the problem that explants of Momordicacharantia in vitro culture are prone to callus and difficult to regenerate adventitious buds, this article used enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay to study the endogenous hormone content of explants at different developmental stages during the tissue culture of Momordicacharantia. changes to explore the relationship between adventitious bud differentiation and changes in hormone levels, as well as the internal constraints that make it difficult for bitter melon to regenerate adventitious buds. The results show that: (1) The content of IAA in bitter melon explants is high, but the content of iPAs is too low, which is the main reason why bitter melon is prone to callus and difficult to regenerate adventitious buds; (2) The differentiation of adventitious buds is related to the relationship between IAA/iPAs The changes are closely related; (3) During the in vitro culture process, maintaining the appropriate concentration of exogenous cytokinin substances (such as ZT) and timely subculture is beneficial to the differentiation of adventitious buds of bitter melon.
