Abstract

Using Salopia oleifera from different origins as raw materials, solvent leaching, hot pressing, and cold pressing methods were used to extract Salopaenia oleifera oil. The main components of Saliaba oleifera and the quality of Salopeia oleifera oil were detected and analyzed. , and compared with Salvia seed oil. The results show that the crude fat mass fraction of A. salata is 19.17% ~ 19.62%, the crude protein mass fraction is 8.87% ~ 11.98%, and the crude fiber mass fraction is 25.20% ~ 31.41%; the acid value of A. salsa crude oil is ( (calculated as KOH) is 12.5~22.7?mg/g, and the peroxide value is 14.5~47.9?mmol/kg. The crude oil is very dark in color and difficult to remove. The main fatty acids of P. salina oil are palmitic acid (25.92% ~ 38.50%), oleic acid (14.77% ~ 18.49%), linoleic acid (38.05% ~ 54.30%), and stearic acid (2.30% ~ 3.26%) , ¦Á-linolenic acid (1.75% ~ 2.56%); the VE content of Trichosanthes niger oil is 682.8 ~ 837.9?mg/kg, the total flavonoid mass concentration is 102.28 ~ 165.92?mg/100?mL, and the sterol content is 37.28 ~ 108.07 ?mg/100?g; the relative content of unsaturated fatty acids in Trichosanthes niger oil is significantly lower than that of seed oil (about 70% and 90% respectively), and the relative content of linoleic acid is significantly lower than that of seed oil (respectively 54.30% and 74.08 %), the relative content of palmitic acid is higher than that of seed oil (25.92% and 8.13% respectively). There is a big difference in the fatty acid composition and quality of the crude oil between the oil and the seed oil.
