Objective To optimize the gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry-internal standard method for the determination of insecticidal ring residues in rice. Method: Under the acidic condition of formic acid, the insecticidal ring in rice was extracted and concentrated with methanol, and then purified through N-propyl secondary amine (PSA) solid phase extraction cartridge, and then purified with methanol-dichloromethane (1:99). , V:V) elution, using SH-Rxi-5Sil MS capillary chromatography column for separation, positive ion mode ionization, multiple reaction monitoring (MRM), and internal standard method for quantification. Results The insecticidal ring had a good linear relationship in the range of 0.05~1.00 ¦Ìg/mL (r=0.9995). The average spike recovery rate at the three concentration levels of 0.10, 0.20 and 0.80 ¦Ìg was 91.0%~102.1%, and the relative standard deviation ( relative standard deviation (RSD) is between 0.78% and 3.63%. Conclusion This method is simple to operate, takes less time, has high sensitivity and good reproducibility, and is suitable for the qualitative and quantitative determination of insecticidal ring residues in rice.
