Abstract
Utilizing two partially complementary thymine (T base)-rich single-stranded nucleic acids, combined with graphene oxide and the nucleic acid dye SYBR Green¢ñ, using simultaneous fluorescence analysis method, a highly sensitive and highly selective mercury ion (Hg2+ ) Two-color fluorescence quantitative detection method. Under optimized conditions, when the Hg2+ concentration is between 5¡Á10-10~500¡Á10-10 mol/L, the total fluorescence intensity (¦¤IT) and Hg2+ concentration (C) of SYBR Green¢ñ and Carboxy-X-rhodamine (ROX) There is a good linear relationship between them. The fitted regression equation is ¦¤IT = 2.121 3C + 10.536 0. The method detection limit (3¦Ò) is 2¡Á10-10 mol/L. The method is simple to operate, has fast detection speed, good selectivity, high sensitivity, good repeatability and low detection limit. This method was applied to the detection of mercury in rice and satisfactory results were obtained.
