Abstract

Black soybean polypeptide (BSP) was prepared by protease compound hydrolysis of black soybean protein isolate. 50 Kunming mice were randomly divided into 5 groups (control group, model group, VC positive group and low and high dose groups). Except for the control group, the other The four groups were intraperitoneally injected with 400 mg/kg bw¡¤d D-galactose to establish an oxidative aging model; the peptide group was intragastrically injected with BSP (400 and 800 mg/kg bw¡¤d) respectively, and the experimental period was 56 days. After the experiment, the mice were sacrificed, and the spleen, kidney, liver and thymus were weighed and the organ index was calculated; the malondialdehyde (MDA) content and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) in the serum and liver were measured. activity and liver lipofuscin (LPF) content. The results showed that BSP could increase the thymus index and spleen index of mice, significantly decrease the serum and liver MDA content, significantly increase the GSH-Px activity, and significantly decrease the LPF content in the liver tissue. It is suggested that BSP can significantly improve the antioxidant capacity of subacute aging mice, especially the high-dose group, which has the best effect and has a certain effect in delaying aging.
