Effects Of Four Plant Proteins On Growth, Non-Specific Immunity And Body Composition Of Litopenaeus Vannamei

Abstract
On the basis of using 30% fish meal, 27% soybean meal, 24% peanut meal, 24% cotton meal, and 31% rapeseed meal were added respectively. Using a high fish meal group (containing 46% fish meal) and commercial feed as a reference, the initial average was selected Litopenaeus vannamei, weighing (0.60¡À0.02) g, was reared in an indoor culture system for 8 weeks to compare the effects of four plant proteins on the growth performance and non-specific immune indicators of Litopenaeus vannamei. The results showed: (1) Soybean meal group , the growth performance of Penaeus vannamei in the peanut meal group was not significantly different from that of the fish meal group and commercial feed (p>0.05); the growth performance of the shrimp in the cotton meal group was significantly lower than that of the fish meal group (p<0.05), and there was no significant difference with the commercial feed (p> 0.05); the rapeseed meal group had the worst shrimp growth, significantly lower than the other experimental groups (p<0.05). (2) Compared with the fish meal group, the four plant protein groups had higher serum protein content, serum PO activity, serum and liver There was no significant difference in the sod activity of the pancreas (p>0.05). The serum po activity of the rapeseed meal group was significantly lower than that of the commercial feed and soybean meal groups (p<0.05); the cat activity of the hepatopancreas of the cottonseed meal group was significantly different from that of the rapeseed meal group and commercial feed.
