Abstract
Thirty healthy newborn piglets of similar parities were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group. They were fed regularly before weaning. The experimental group was fed a basic diet + 2% soy peptide, and the experimental pigs were weaned at once on 21 days. Six piglets from each group were randomly slaughtered at 21 and 35 days of age respectively, and the jejunal mucosa and contents were collected to analyze the effect of soy peptide on the number of intestinal bacteria, digestive enzymes and Na+-K+-ATPase activity in the intestinal mucosal tissue of the piglets. , cytokine secretion, sIgA level and Toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4) mRNA expression. The results show that adding 2% soy peptide to the diet can significantly reduce the number of Escherichia coli in the jejunum of 21-day-old piglets (P<0.05), increase the number of Lactobacilli (P<0.05), and increase the jejunal mucosal lipase (P<0.05). ), lactase (P<0.05), trypsin (P<0.01) and Na+-K+-ATPase activity (P<0.05), significantly increased the levels of jejunal mucosa IL-2 and sIgA (P<0.05), and significantly decreased 21 TNF-¦Á levels in the jejunal mucosa of 21-day-old and 35-day-old piglets (P<0.05), soybean peptide can down-regulate (P<0.05) the expression of TLR4 mRNA in the jejunal mucosa of 21-day-old and 35-day-old piglets. Conclusion Soybean peptides can improve the intestinal microflora structure of piglets, regulate the body's intestinal immune function, and promote intestinal health of weaned piglets.
