Abstract
In order to provide a basis for high-quality and high-yield cultivation of wheat, the strong-gluten wheat variety Jimai 20 was used as experimental material and a two-factor randomized block experimental design was used to study the effects of nitrogen fertilizer operation on wheat plant traits, yield and protein components. The results show. Plant height, panicle length, and grain number per panicle are all positively correlated with yield, among which panicle length is significantly correlated with yield (r=0.607*). Under different nitrogen application rates and bottom dressing ratio treatments, plant height, germ length, thousand-grain weight, and test weight There were significant differences in yield and yield. Within the range of nitrogen application rate of 150~300kg/ha, panicle length, number of grains per panicle and yield tended to increase with the increase of nitrogen application rate. Among them, yields differed significantly between treatments, with nitrogen application rate of 300kg /ha treatment has the highest yield. The ratio of bottom application and top application of nitrogen fertilizer has a significant impact on grain yield. In this experiment, the treatment with a bottom application ratio of 5:5 has the highest yield. Different protein components have different responses to nitrogen application. The contents of gliadin, glutenin and total protein all gradually increased with the increase of chlorine application amount. The contents of gliadin and total protein gradually increased with the increase of chlorine application ratio. The response of grain yield and protein content to the bottom chlorine application ratio was as follows: There is a certain difference.
