Abstract
Research on the in-depth development and utilization of flax cake after flaxseed pressing to produce oil has attracted attention. In this experiment, flax cake was processed into partially defatted flaxseed meal (PDFM) to study the effect of PDFM intervention on blood sugar in rats fed a high-fat and high-sugar diet. SD rats were divided into 6 groups (n=9): normal control group, high sugar and high fat model group, acarbose positive treatment control group, low PDFM (mass fraction 5% PDFM), medium (mass fraction 10% PDFM) ), high (mass fraction 20% PDFM) dose group. After 8 weeks, the fasting blood glucose level of the rats was measured and a glucose tolerance test was performed. The rats were then sacrificed and dissected, the internal organs were observed, the liver index, pancreatic index and abdominal fat index were measured, and blood was taken to detect glycated hemoglobin, liver glycogen and blood lipids. concentration. The results show: 1) Animal fasting blood glucose levels, the high-fat and high-sugar model group and the low, medium and high dose PDFM groups were (7.15¡À1.22), (6.34¡À0.48), (5.82¡À0.36), (5.03¡À0.32) respectively mmol/L, showing a sequential downward trend. The proportions of rats exceeding the diabetes criterion of 7.0 mmol/L were 5/9, 1/9, 0, and 0 respectively, indicating that PDFM can inhibit the increase in blood sugar in animals caused by high-fat and high-sugar diets. And the formation of diabetes, there is an obvious dose effect relationship in inhibiting the increase in blood sugar in animals. The higher the dose of PDFM, the stronger the inhibitory effect on blood sugar increase. Among them, the effect of inhibiting blood sugar increase in the medium and high dose PDFM groups is similar to that of high-fat and high-sugar groups. The control in the model group reached a significant level (P<0.05); 2) Compared with the fasting blood glucose value of the acarbose-positive treatment control group ((5.14¡À0.33) mmol/L), the medium and high-dose PDFM groups reached the level of acarbose.
