Abstract

Using Brazilian banana tissue culture seedlings as test materials, the effects of different polypeptide concentrations (600, 800, 1000, 1200 times solution) on the growth and root activity of Brazilian banana seedlings were studied. The results show that exogenous peptide treatment can promote the growth of Brazilian banana seedlings, increase root weight, seedling height, leaf length and width, and also improve the root activity of Brazilian banana seedlings, but has no significant effect on root length. Among the various concentrations tested, the treatment effect of 600 times the solution was the best.
