Effects Of Replacement Of Fish Meal With Two Soybean Protein Sources On The Activities Of Protease And Amylase In Cyprinus Carpio

Abstract
In order to study the effects of different soy protein sources on the protease activity and amylase activity of Cyprinus carpilª«, 180 healthy carp with an initial body weight of (100ª±25¡À0ª±98) g were randomly divided into 3 groups. Repeated three times, fishmeal was used as the animal protein source (control group), and full-fat soybean meal and peeled soybean meal were used as plant protein sources (full-fat soybean meal and peeled soybean meal respectively replaced 20% of fishmeal protein), and 3 kinds of isoproteins were prepared ( 36%), isoenergetic (15.2 MJ/kg) semi-refined feed, a 6-week feeding test was conducted in an indoor single-circulation temperature-controlled breeding system, and then the Folin-phenol reagent method and the iodine-starch colorimetric method were used. The activities of protease and amylase in carp hepatopancreas and intestine were measured. The results showed that different soybean protein sources had different effects on carp protease activity, but had no significant effect on amylase activity. There was no significant difference in protease activity in the hepatopancreas and foregut of carp between the full-fat soybean meal group and the control group (P>0.05); the protease activity in the midgut and hindgut was significantly decreased (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in hepatopancreas and intestinal protease activities between the dehulled soybean meal group and the control group (P>0.05). The two soybean protein sources had no significant effect on amylase activity in carp hepatopancreas, foregut, midgut, and hindgut (P>0.05).
