Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of scorpion venom polypeptide extract (PESV) on the immune function of H22 tumor-bearing mice induced by 5-Fu. Methods Balb/c mice were randomly divided into control group, model group, chemotherapy group and PESV high and low dose groups. The model group was inoculated with H22 liver cancer, the chemotherapy group was given ip 20 mg/kg 5-Fu, and the PESV group was given chemotherapy at the same time ig 40 and 10 mg/kg PESV, and then sacrificed after 28 days of continuous intervention, and the tumor mass, tumor inhibition rate, spleen index and thymus index were calculated. Chicken red blood cell phagocytosis test was used to detect the phagocytic function of peritoneal macrophages in H22 tumor-bearing mice; flow cytometry was used to detect changes in T cell subsets, NK cells and NKT cells in mouse spleen cells; ELISA was used to detect the peripheral blood of mice.
