Abstract
In order to clarify the relationship between the photosynthetic organs of winter wheat and the formation of grain protein, the effects of different photosynthetic organs of winter wheat Shijiazhuang No. 8 on the grain weight, protein and its component content under water-saving cultivation conditions were studied through field experiments and shading methods. The results showed that , under water-saving cultivation conditions, ear shading has the greatest effect on reducing grain weight, followed by flag leaf shading, and second leaf shading has the smallest effect on reducing grain weight, and the reducing effects of the three are all affected by nitrogen application to varying degrees. .Compared with no shading, shading of photosynthetic organs increases the protein content of grains, but reduces the total protein content of single panicle. The regulatory effect of shading also differs depending on the organ and nitrogen fertilization level. Compared with no shading, shading of photosynthetic organs increases The content of grain albumin and globulin was reduced, and the content of glutenin was reduced. The shading of the ear reduced the content of gliadin in the grain, and the shading of the flag leaf and the second leaf increased the content of gliadin.
