Abstract

Healthy grass carp was used as the test subject, with an initial body weight of (50.63¡À0.43)g. An 8-week growth test was conducted in an indoor [(22¡À3)¡æ] single-circulation temperature-controlled breeding system. Fish meal was used as the animal protein source, and the skin was removed. Soybean meal is a plant protein source, and peeled soybean meal replaces 0%, 15%, 30%, 45% and 60% of fishmeal protein respectively, and is formulated into 5 isoproteins (w=30%) and isoenergy (15.6MJ¡¤kg-1 ) semi-refined feed to explore the effect of soy protein on the growth and feed utilization of grass carp. The results showed that the specific growth rate (SGR) of grass carp was not significantly different among the groups (P>0.05); with the increase of soy protein substitution level, , feed efficiency (FER), protein efficiency (PER) and protein deposition rate (PPV) gradually increased, and the 60% group began to decrease, but was still significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05). Therefore, under this experimental condition, grass carp When the protein level of the compound feed is w=30%, the optimal amount of soybean protein to replace fishmeal protein is 45%. The maximum replacement amount is 60%.
