Soybean, Soybean Aphid, Resistance, Protective Enzymes?

Abstract

In order to explore the aphid resistance mechanism of different soybean materials, a preliminary study was conducted on the changes in MDA content and various protective enzyme activities in the leaves of different aphid-resistant soybean materials after aphid stress. The results showed that: 24 hours after inoculation with soybean aphids, the MDA content and SOD, POD, PPO and PAL activities of soybean materials with different aphid resistance showed an increasing trend, which showed that the stronger the aphid resistance, the smaller the change in MDA content, SOD, POD , the more obvious the activity of PPO and PAL increases. It can be seen that under the stress of aphid damage, the degree of change in SOD, POD, PAL and PPO activities among susceptible and resistant varieties is closely related to the aphid resistance mechanism of soybean.
