Abstract

Taking the hybrid sturgeon (acipenserschrenckiixacipenserbaeri) with a body mass of (75.0¡À4.3) g as the target, puffed soybeans were used instead of fish meal to prepare an animal and plant protein ratio of 1:1.70 (g1), l:1.25 (g2), 1:1.00 (g3 ), 1.25:1 (g4) and 1.45:1 (g5) to study the effects of five isonitrogenous and isoenergetic feeds on the growth and immunity of young sturgeons. A 6-week feeding experiment showed that after the proportion of soybean protein increased, The growth performance of hybrid sturgeons in each treatment group was not significantly different (p>0.05), among which g4 performed better. At the end of g4, the body weight, weight gain rate, and specific growth rate were increased by 9.29%, 17.34%, and 11.69% respectively compared with g5. The coefficient decreased by 22.95%. Plasma SOD activity showed an increasing trend with the increase of soy protein proportion, reaching the highest value (123.87+23.17)u/ml at g1, which was significantly higher than the other treatments (p<0.05).
