Effects Of Soybean Protein On Major Biochemical Indicators Of Intestinal Tissue And Blood Of Grass Carp

Abstract
¡¾Objective¡¿To study the effect of soybean protein on the main biochemical indicators of intestinal tissue and blood of grass carp, to provide a basis for the reasonable optimization of artificial compound feed for grass carp. [Method] Healthy grass carp (ctenopharyngodonidellus) with an initial body weight of (50.63¡À0.43) g were used as test subjects, and an 8-week growth test was conducted in an indoor single-cycle temperature-controlled breeding system. Fishmeal was used as the animal protein source and peeled soybean meal was used as the plant protein source. The peeled soybean meal was used to replace 0% (ck), 15%, 30%, 45% and 60% of the fishmeal, respectively, to prepare 5 types of isoproteins (approximately 300g/kg) and isoenergetic (15.6mj/kg) diets were fed to each group of grass carp to study the effect of soybean protein on the main biochemical indicators of grass carp intestinal tissue and blood. [Results] The height of the foregut and hindgut folds of grass carp in the 60% soy protein replacement group was extremely significantly lower than that of the control group (p<0.01), and the height of the midgut folds was significantly lower than that of the control group (p<0.05). At the same time, the integrity of the intestinal structure and tissue of the foregut and hindgut in the 45% and 60% soy protein replacement groups was destroyed, some intestinal villi fell off, some epithelial cells separated from the lamina propria, the connective tissue of the lamina propria was loose, and the lamina propria became wider. There were no significant differences in blood glucose, urea nitrogen, total cholesterol, triglyceride, total protein, albumin and globulin concentrations and aspartate aminotransferase and alanine aminotransferase activities in the blood of grass carp in each group (p>0.05). [Conclusion] Under the conditions of this experiment, the protein level of compound feed for grass carp with a body weight of 50~100g is 300g/kg, and the appropriate replacement amount of soybean protein is 45%. Excessive addition of soybean protein will destroy the intestinal integrity of grass carp.
