Abstract

Using the detached petiole inoculation method, the resistance of 286 wild soybean resources from 11 provinces across the country was identified using soybean Sclerotinia isolates jia30 and jian29. The results showed that: among 289 materials, 34 materials were resistant to both jia30 and jian29, accounting for 11.8% of the tested materials; 50 materials were resistant to the antibacterial Sclerotinia strain jian29, accounting for 17.4% of the tested materials; antibacterial There were 62 materials of Sclerotinia sclerotiorum strain Jia30, accounting for 21.6% of the tested materials. According to the source analysis of wild soybeans, it was found that there are more wild soybean germplasm resources resistant to soybean sclerotinia in Liaoning, Heilongjiang and Jilin.
