Abstract
The key to rice preservation packaging technology is how to control and adjust the volume fraction of oxygen and carbon dioxide in the package. The air permeability of the packaging material is the main factor affecting the gas volume fraction in the package. Based on the two intersecting dynamic processes of rice respiration and film air permeability, a new calculation method for the air permeability of rice packaging films was proposed. In the rice vacuum preservation packaging test, the moisture content, fatty acid content, reducing sugar content, viscosity and other indicators of rice under different vacuum degrees and different preservation times were tested. The results show that the shelf life of rice is at least 180 days.
