Abstract

The effects of solvent dosage (1-10mL), soaking time (1-24h), and ultrasonic time (0-20min) on the extraction of components from 0.2g bitter melon seeds, fruits, and leaves were investigated, using uniform design (3 factors and 5 levels) Combined with the fixed single factor method (9 experiments), 14 different experimental conditions were obtained, and a 4-factor expression with a correlation coefficient greater than 0.95 was obtained through multiple linear regression. The results show that ultrasonic waves have opposite effects on different components in the same sample, that is, while degrading and destroying some components, it increases the extraction rate of other components. The experiment verified the optimal experimental conditions and experimental results of MATLAB prediction, and the prediction accuracy was greater than 97%. For the studied sample of balsam pear seeds, fruits and leaves, 0.2g, the optimal extraction solvent volume is 10mL, the soaking time is 24h, and the ultrasonic time is 0min (fruits) or 20min (seeds, leaves).
