Abstract

The effects of partial or complete replacement of fish meal by vegetable protein soybean meal on the growth and digestive enzyme activity of turbot were studied. Four experimental groups of turbot (Scophthalmus maximus L.) were fed with feeds containing different amounts of soybean meal for 50 days at 18¡ãC. The results showed that the apparent digestion of protein and carbohydrates by turbot under different feed formulas was The rate showed a downward trend with the increase of soybean meal mass fraction in the feed; the growth experiment showed that the 30% soybean meal mass fraction experimental group and the 10% soybean meal mass fraction experimental group (conventional mass fraction) grew in good condition, and the body weight growth rate in 50 days was respectively They were 82.25% and 85.3%, the special growth rates were 1.19 and 1.23, the feed coefficients were 1.35 and 1.28 respectively, and the protein efficiencies were 1.44 and 1.49 respectively. There was no significant difference in the growth parameters. The 50% soybean meal mass fraction experimental group and the 70% soybean meal mass fraction experimental group grew slowly; the proportion of turbot digestive organs in each experimental group showed an increasing trend with the increase in soybean meal addition; turbot protease and starch in different feed formula groups The enzyme activity increased with the increase of soybean meal mass fraction, but there was no significant change in lipase. The above experimental results all show that replacing 20% of fish meal with soybean meal in the feed has no negative impact on the growth of turbot.
