Abstract

strain 7F1 with antagonistic effects on Fusarium graminearum was isolated from wheat rhizosphere soil. Using the total genomic DNA of strain 7F1 as a template, 7F1 was identified as Paenibacillus polymyxa through 16S rDNA and gyrB gene sequence analysis. In this experiment, the stability of the antagonist produced by this strain was studied. At the same time, specific primers were used to detect genes related to the synthesis of lipopeptide antibiotics in 7F1. The results show that the antagonist produced by the bacteria maintains high activity at 40-90 ¡æ; after treatment with proteinase K, pepsin and trypsin, the antibacterial activity decreases significantly; it has antibacterial activity at pH 3.0-10.0; it has been used The primers designed for the reported lipopeptide antibiotic gene fragment were amplified by polymerase chain reaction, and three bamC, eriSa, and ituC lipopeptide antibiotic synthase genes were amplified from the genomic DNA of the bacterium. The results of this study provide an important reference for the further separation of lipopeptide antibiotics.
