In order to observe the effect of transgenic Cry1Ac/Sck rice on the immune function of mice, BALB/c mice were divided into 4 groups according to body weight, namely transgenic rice group, non-transgenic rice control group, AIN93G feed normal control group and positive control group. The mice were fed corresponding diets for 30 days, and the changes in immune function of mice in each group were compared. The results showed that the number of platelets in the genetically modified rice group was significantly lower than that in the non-GM rice control group, but there was no significant difference from the normal control group, and the platelet numbers in these three groups were all within the normal range; other observation indicators in the genetically modified rice group were different from those in the non-GM rice group. There was no significant difference between the two groups; most of the indicators in the positive control group were significantly lower than the other three groups. It shows that the effect of transgenic Cry1Ac/Sck gene rice on the immune function of mice is basically the same as that of non-transgenic parent rice, and has no adverse effects on the immune function of mice.
