Abstract: The purpose is to reduce the detection cost by optimizing the detection process and machine conditions in GB5009.15 when detecting cadmium residues in rice. Methods Wet digestion was used to pretreat rice samples, the temperature rising program was optimized, and the repeatability, recovery rate, and precision were verified. The results reduce the impact of the acid used in the detection process on the graphite tube and temperature probe during on-machine testing, and improve the stability of the graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometer; at the same time, by extending the duration of the graphite furnace in the low-temperature section, the duration in the high-temperature section is shortened. time, increasing the ultimate life of graphite tubes by about one-third on average, and reducing the cost of use and maintenance. Conclusion After verification of repeatability, precision and recovery rate, it is determined that the optimization measures are practical and effective, meet the standard method requirements of GB 5009.15-2014, are easy to operate, reduce detection costs, and are suitable for promotion in the detection and analysis of cadmium residues in rice.
