Abstract

Bees were used to pollinate the balsam pear in facility cultivation, and artificial pollination was used as a control. The test results show that: the fruit setting rate of bee pollination is lower than that of artificial pollination; bee pollination can significantly increase the VC content of the fruit; it can increase the length, transverse diameter and pulp thickness of the fruit, and significantly increase the weight of a single melon, but the difference in yield per plant is not significant. By improving the management measures of balsam pear facility cultivation, bee pollination technology can be promoted and applied as a comprehensive supporting technology for balsam pear facility cultivation.
