Abstract

Water-soluble silk fibroin microbeads with uniform particle size and a diameter of 3 to 4 mm were obtained through liquid nitrogen quenching and freeze-drying. The silk fibroin microbeads were stored at room temperature, stored at -20¡ãC, and soaked in ethanol. Handled in different ways. The morphology, conformation and crystal phase composition of silk fibroin microbeads were characterized through analytical techniques such as scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and X-ray diffractometer (XRD). The results show that the silk fibroin prepared by liquid nitrogen quenching and freeze-drying mainly has a random coil structure and is easily soluble in water; the silk fibroin formed by random coils after being placed at room temperature and -20¡ãC for 1 week It changes to conformations such as ¦Â-turn, ¦Á-helix and ¦Â-sheet, and its water solubility becomes poor; silk fibroin after ethanol treatment contains a large number of ¦Â-sheet conformations and is insoluble in water.
