Abstract

After plants are harmed by pests, they can adjust the third trophic level by changing the concentration or components of volatiles to achieve indirect defense against herbivorous insects. With the help of solid-phase microextraction and GC-MS technology, the volatile components of healthy soybean Glycinemax, soybean aphid Aphisglycines, aphid-damaged soybean plant complex, and mechanically damaged soybean volatile components were extracted and analyzed. A total of 31 volatile chemicals were detected. Healthy soybeans, soybean aphid and aphid-damaged soybean plant complexes, and mechanically damaged soybean volatiles all contain tetradecane, 3,7,11-trimethyl-1-lauryl alcohol, 2-hexyl-1-decanol, 7 components: hexadecane, pentadecane, 7-cyclohexyl-tridecane and 10-methylnonadecane. Soybean aphids and aphid-damaged soybean plant compounds and mechanically damaged soybean volatiles contain 1,1-dimethyl-2-(3-methyl-1,3-cyclopropane) and 2,6,10-trimethyl It contains 3 common ingredients – lauryl and phthalic acid. After suffering mechanical damage, soybean plants can release 2-methyl-4-pentenal, 3-hexen-1-ol, (E)-3-hepten-2-ol, 1-octenol, 3-octanol, 3-hexenyl cisacetate, 1,7,7-trimethyl-bicyclo[2,2,1]heptanedione, 1,1-bis(dodecyl)-decane 9 substances including hexadecane and octadecane. After being damaged by aphids, 1,7,7-trimethyl-(1R)-bicyclo[2,2,1]heptanedione and 3-phenoxy can be detected in soybean aphids and aphid-damaged soybean plant complexes. – 7 substances: 1-n-propanol, nonadecanol, 1-icosadecene, 1-hexadecene, 3,7,11-trimethyl-decanol and 2-methyl-eicosane. The research results lay the foundation for further research on the attraction of soybean volatiles to natural enemy insects.
