Chahayang rice is a specialty brand of Heilongjiang rice. In order to protect the Chahayang rice brand, we can quickly identify the origin of Chahayang rice. By constructing rice experimental fields in different regions and varieties, the near-infrared spectrum of the rice in the experimental fields was scanned at full wavelength during the harvest period to screen the characteristic bands related to the origin. Qualitative and quantitative analyzes were conducted on 233 rice samples from Chahayang and non-Chahayang areas at the characteristic bands. The results show that the wavelength mainly related to origin factors is 5 136 ~ 5 501 cm-1. Using this band and using the factorization method to establish a qualitative analysis model, the correct identification rate of Chahayang rice is 100%. The partial least squares method was used to establish the model. The quantitative analysis model¡¯s correct identification rate for Chahayang rice is 95.83%
