Abstract

Abstract Using the hydrolyzed safflower seed protein obtained by the hydroenzymatic oil production process as raw material, the static adsorption properties of three macroporous adsorption resins, DA201-C, XAD1180N, and D3520, for the hydrolyzed safflower seed protein were compared, and their compositions were analyzed. The results show that DA201-C resin has the highest adsorption and desorption rate for hydrolyzed protein, and can effectively remove impurities such as sugars; the adsorption equilibrium time of DA201-C resin for hydrolyzed protein is 2h, the adsorption rate is 48.39%, and the volume fraction is 70%. The desorption effect of ethanol is the best, with a desorption rate of 90.44%. The protein content of hydrolyzed protein purified by DA201-C resin increased by 30.10%, the fat content decreased by 91.53%, the sugar content decreased by 95.52%, and the color difference L* value increased 11.63%, b* value decreased by 20.91%
