Abstract

Two treatment methods, papain, ultrasonic and protease, were used to hydrolyze the remaining sludge protein. The protein extraction rate in the hydrolyzate was used as an indicator to analyze the impact of the two hydrolysis treatment methods on the treatment effect of the remaining sludge. The optimal conditions for the protease hydrolysis extraction method are: the concentration of papain in the reaction system is 6%, the solid-liquid ratio is 1:4, the hydrolysis temperature is 55¡ãC, and the hydrolysis time is 5.5h; the protein extraction rate is 51.71%. The optimal conditions for the combination of ultrasound and protease are: P=30W, T=45min, and the protein extraction rate is 66.60%. The results showed that the hydrolysis method using a combination of ultrasound and protease was superior to protease hydrolysis.
