Abstract

With the widespread application of Positron Emission Tomography (PET) imaging technology in detecting tumors, neuropsychiatric diseases, and heart diseases, positron nuclide 18F-labeled peptides have developed rapidly in recent years as PET tracers. Currently, There are many methods for labeling peptides with 18F. Based on the characteristics of labeling reactions, this article summarizes the following seven methods for labeling peptides with 18F: 1) 18F labeling prosthetic group method; 2) solid phase labeling method; 3) 18F-AlF complex labeling method; 4) click chemistry method; 5) 18F-19F isotope exchange method; 6) Aromatic ring electrophilic and nucleophilic fluorine labeling method; 7) Other labeling methods. The advantages and disadvantages of various methods are compared.
