Abstract
In order to explore the optimal concentration of salt-tolerance exercise for wheat seedlings, their ability to withstand high-salt stress, and the expression differences of related proteins and POD under high-salt conditions, Xinmai No. 9 wheat seedlings were subjected to salt-tolerance exercise at five salt concentrations, and then Under high-salt stress of 3.75gNaCl/kg sand, samples were taken on the 7th day of high-salt stress, and SDS-PAGE technology and refolding electrophoresis technology were used to analyze the expression differences of proteins and POD under high-salt stress conditions. The results showed that (1) Salt tolerance exercise It can improve the resistance of wheat seedlings to high salt stress. Wheat seedlings trained with 2.50gNaCl/kg sand and salt tolerance have the strongest resistance to salt stress; (2) Wheat seedlings trained with 2.50gNaCl/kg sand and salt tolerance have the strongest resistance to salt stress when subjected to high salt stress. , two new protein bands of 225 and 233 kD were detected; (3) When the salt-tolerant wheat seedlings were subjected to high salt stress, three new POD enzyme bands of 57, 59 and 84 kD were detected more than in the control, while 52 was missing. , 55 and 60kD three POD enzyme bands. This indicates that the salt-tolerant exercised wheat seedlings have enhanced resistance to high-salt stress; wheat seedlings subjected to high-salt stress were found to have new protein bands and POD enzyme bands expressed.
