Abstract

Three defoaming agents, soybean oil, silicone defoaming agent and polyether defoaming agent, were used in the fermentation of bacillusamyloliquefacienses-2 antibacterial lipopeptides. Studies have shown that soybean oil can both achieve defoaming and be beneficial to the fermentation of antibacterial lipopeptides. , making its output reach 2497.67mg/l. After extraction, a product with a purity of 55.68% was obtained, and the extraction rate reached 88.72%. In addition, the adsorption and desorption effects of different macroporous resins on antimicrobial lipopeptides were compared, and it was found that macroporous resin x-5 was most suitable for the purification of antimicrobial lipopeptides. The purification process parameters are: loading concentration 14.4mg/ml, loading rate 1ml/min, elution rate 2ml/min, eluent dosage 2.5bv, the product recovery rate reaches 90.01%, and the purity reaches 74.4%.
