Abstract

In order to screen high saponin germplasm resources in Heilongjiang Province, the saponin content of 15 wild soybeans (Glycinesoja) and 55 cultivated soybeans (Glycine.max) in Heilongjiang Province was detected using a microplate reader colorimetric method. The results showed that there were obvious genetic differences in the content of different types of soybean saponins, ranging from 1156-97 to 3977.84 ¦Ìgg-1. The saponin content of cultivated soybeans is higher than that of wild soybeans. One wild soybean germplasm resource and three cultivated soybean germplasm resources with high saponin content were screened out.
