Objective To establish a QuEChERS pre-treatment technology combined with gas chromatography for the simultaneous determination of 10 organophosphorus pesticides (phorate, methotrexate, difenthionate, paraoxon, pyrimidinate-methyl, methotrexate, isofenphos) in rice. Methods The sample was purified by QuEChERS method and concentrated, separated by Agilent HP-5 chromatographic column, detected by flame photometric detector, and quantified by external standard method of peak area. Results: The 10 organophosphorus pesticides had a good linear relationship in the range of 0.050~1.0 ¦Ìg/mL (r2 was not less than 0.995); the average spike recovery rate was 70.03%~104.20%, and the precision was 3.31%~10.44% (n=6) . The detection limits of the methods were all less than 0.12 mg/kg. Conclusion This method has fast sample processing, good repeatability, stability and sensitivity, and can be used for the detection of organophosphorus pesticide residues in rice.
