Abstract

Using reclaimed water, freshwater aquaculture wastewater, marine aquaculture wastewater, and power plant wastewater after sewage treatment plant treatment, we cultured Spirulina halophyta 351, Spirulina maxima 438, Spirulina fusiformis TJSD, Spirulina platensis 834, and natural Spirulina isolated from Inner Mongolia. Spirulina in lakes (NMG), using biomass and algae color as indicators, studied the growth of Spirulina in various wastewaters. It was found that freshwater aquaculture wastewater has the best effect of cultivating Spirulina halophyta 351. On this basis, through single A factor test was conducted to study the effects of baking soda, sodium nitrate, illumination and temperature on the growth of Spirulina halodensis 351. The test results showed that adding baking soda 3.0 to 13.5 g/L, temperature 25 to 40¡ãC, and illumination to freshwater aquaculture wastewater Under the conditions of 6000-12 000 lx, this algae species can grow rapidly. When cultivated under the conditions of baking soda 9.0 g/L, sodium nitrate 1.0 g/L, illumination 10 000lx, and temperature 32¡ãC, the dry algae powder yield reaches 3.15 g/L. L; Cultivated under the conditions of illumination 9000 lx and temperature 25¡ãC, the protein content reaches 31.7%. Therefore, it is feasible to use freshwater aquaculture wastewater to cultivate Spirulina halophyta 351
