Abstract

Objective: To observe the effect of deer disk protein on estrogen levels and immune function in mice with mammary gland hyperplasia. Methods: An animal model was prepared using estradiol benzoate combined with progesterone, and deer disk protein was fed. The serum estradiol content, uterine coefficient, and immune organ coefficient of each group of mice were detected. Results: Compared with the model group, the deer disk protein group could significantly reduce the serum estradiol content and uterine coefficient of mice with mammary gland hyperplasia (P<0.05), and significantly increase the thymus coefficient and spleen coefficient (P<0.05). Conclusion: Deer disc protein can regulate estrogen secretion in mice with mammary gland hyperplasia and enhance the body¡¯s immune level.   For further details regarding this article and its research, please do not hesitate to contact our team for assistance.
