Abstract

By establishing a rat hyperlipidemia animal model, rats were intragastrically administered with different doses of self-made soy peptides, and blood was collected from the tail vein to measure blood biochemical indicators on the 20th, 40th, and 60th days, and a swimming weight-bearing experiment and a weight-bearing test were conducted on the 21st day. The liver glycogen content was measured to explore the effects of soybean oligopeptides in regulating blood lipids, preventing atherosclerosis, and anti-fatigue. The results showed that TC, TG, LDL-C, and TXA-2 of rats in the high-dose group were significantly reduced compared with the model control group after 60 days of intragastric administration, by 22.97%, 8%, 15.29%, and 18.97% respectively. Rats’ NO, HDL-C, and PGI-2 were significantly higher than those in the model control group, increasing by 43.85%, 20.56%, and 28.92% respectively. In the anti-fatigue test, at a gavage dose of 2.0g.kg-1 (body weight), the mice’s weight-bearing time was 61.49% longer than that of the control group, and the mouse liver glycogen content was 20.07mg.g-1, which was 20.07 mg.g-1 compared with the control group. An increase of 41.14%. It shows that soybean small peptides have obvious functions of preventing atherosclerosis and anti-fatigue.
