Abstract

Abstract Objective: To study the method of SDS-PAGE analysis of small molecule synthetic peptide thymosin ¦Á1. The method uses the Tricine-SDS-PAGE system to reduce the concentration of the three-layer gel to make a 16% T (C=3%) separation gel, 10% T (C=3%) stacking gel and 4% T (C=3%) stacking gel. No urea is added to the gel, and no silver staining is required. The results of the SDS-PAGE electrophoresis spectrum show that the synthesized polypeptide T¦Á1 There is an obvious band corresponding to the standard Ridaxian, and the image is clear. Conclusion This analysis method is simple, fast, sensitive, and reproducible, and is suitable for the separation, purification and identification of small molecule peptides.
