Abstract

Abstract The effect of supplementing soy oligopeptides and soy protein isolate on nitrogen metabolism in rats was studied, and the absorption characteristics of soy oligopeptides in the small intestine of rats were studied. Thirty male SD rats were randomly divided into: The control group, the soybean oligopeptide group and the soybean protein isolate group. After one week of adaptive feeding and dietary balance, the rats began to undergo metabolic tests. The results showed that after supplementing soybean protein isolate, the nitrogen balance value of rats , nitrogen storage rate, net nitrogen utilization rate and apparent digestibility were increased by 641.03%, 591.42%, 553.11% and 51.80% respectively compared with water-supplemented rats; and after supplementing soy oligopeptide, the nitrogen balance value, nitrogen storage rate, The nitrogen utilization rate and apparent digestibility were increased by 1061.54%, 982.69%, 921.20% and 71.43% respectively compared with rats supplemented with water (P<0.05); compared with rats supplemented with soy protein isolate, they were increased by 56.75%, 56.59%, 56.36% and 71.43% respectively. 12.94% (P<0.05).
