Abstract

The primary structure of winter wheat bran antifreeze protein (TaAFP) is the basis for studying its advanced structure and function. This study combined N-terminal sequencing technology and peptide fingerprinting technology to determine the primary structure of TaAFP and compare its homology Analyze.
