Soy Peptide Conjugated Linoleic Acid Obesity Body Fat Weight Loss

Abstract

Objective To study the weight loss effect of soybean peptide conjugated linoleic acid compound powder. Methods: Soybean peptide-conjugated linoleic acid compound powder was administered to rats continuously for 6 weeks at doses of 1, 2 and 4 g/kg¡¤bw, and then the end-of-test body weight, body fat weight, fat/body ratio and other parameters were measured. index. Results The end-of-test body weight, body fat weight, and fat/body ratio of the high-dose test substance group (4 g/kg) were all lower than those of the model control group; the food intake of the high-dose group (4 g/kg) was lower than that of the model control group. There were no significant differences in body proportion and other indicators. Conclusion According to the results of Appendix 8 “Evaluation Method for Weight Loss Function” of the State Food and Drug Administration [2012] No. 107, soybean peptide conjugated linoleic acid compound powder has a weight loss function in rats.
