Abstract

Using soy milk rich in plant protein as the carbon source, using fepo4¡¤4h2o and lioh¡¤h2o as raw materials, the lithium-ion battery cathode material lifepo4/c was synthesized using the rheological phase method. Characterization by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscope (SEM) The results show that the sample has good crystallization properties, with an average particle size of about 200nm, and a uniform network of carbon coating on the surface of the particles. The charge and discharge cycle research results show that lifepo4/c has stable electrochemical cycle performance, and lifepo4/c cathode material The first discharge specific capacity reached 156mah¡¤g-1 at 0.1c rate, and the first charge and discharge efficiency reached 98.7%; after 40 cycles, the discharge specific capacity was 149mah¡¤g-1, and the battery capacity retention rate was above 95% at 1c rate. The first discharge specific capacity reached 134.7mah¡¤g-1, showing high electrochemical capacity and excellent cycle stability.
