Abstract

Based on the semi-purified feed formula, 6 ¦Á-linolenic acid contents (0.02%, 0.55%, 1.08%, 1.60%, 2.13%, 2.65%) and 6 linoleic acid contents (0.86%, 1.29%) were designed. , 1.73%, 2.16%, 2.59%, 3.03%), adjust the content of ¦Á-linolenic acid and linoleic acid in the feed with linseed oil, corn oil, and palm oil, and prepare isonitrogen and isoenergy (crude protein content is 30.09% , 12 kinds of semi-purified experimental feeds with a crude fat content of 6.87%) were used to explore the appropriate contents of ¦Á-linolenic acid and linoleic acid in the feeds of young bream bream [initial average weight is (59.5¡À0.5)g]. The breeding test was divided into two parts: ¦Á-linolenic acid and linoleic acid tests, both with 6 groups, 4 repetitions in each group, 20 animals in each repetition, and a breeding period of 85 days. The results showed that: in the ¦Á-linolenic acid test, calculated based on the regression equation, when the ¦Á-linolenic acid content of the feed was 1.32% and 1.33% respectively, the juvenile bream bream had the largest specific growth rate and the smallest feed coefficient; The visceral body index of the 0.02% group was significantly lower than that of the other groups except the 1.08% group (P<0.05), and there was no significant difference in fatness and liver body index between the groups (P>0.05); the total serum cholesterol of the 0.02% group , the triglyceride content was significantly higher than that of the 0.55% and 1.08% groups (P<0.05), the serum high-density lipoprotein content of the 1.60% group was significantly higher than that of the 0.55% and 2.13% groups (P<0.05), and the serum low-density lipoprotein content of the 0.02% group The lipoprotein content was significantly higher than that of other groups (P<0.05). In the linoleic acid test, it was calculated based on the regression equation that when the linoleic acid content of the feed was 2.02% and 2.03% respectively, the juvenile lobster bream had the largest specific growth rate and the smallest feed coefficient; the liver of the 3.03% group The body index was significantly lower than that of other groups (P<0.05), and there was no significant difference in obesity and visceral body index between the groups (P>0.05); the serum total cholesterol content of the 1.29% group was significantly higher than that of the 1.73% group (P<0.05 ), the serum triglyceride content of the 0.86% group was significantly higher than that of the 1.73% group (P<0.05), the serum high-density lipoprotein content of the 1.29% group was significantly higher than that of the 0.86% and 3.03% groups (P<0.05), and the serum levels of each group were lower There was no significant difference in density lipoprotein content (P>0.05). Taking the specific growth rate and feed coefficient as the main evaluation indicators, combined with some serum biochemical indicators and body shape indicators, the appropriate linolenic acid and linoleic acid contents in the feed suitable for the rapid growth of young bream bream and maintaining the normal health of the fish are obtained. 1.32%~1.33%, 2.02%~2.03%.
